3 Instructions

The TLV3601 and TLV3603 are 325MHz, high-speed comparators with rail-to-rail inputs and 2.5ns propagation delay. The comparator has the characteristics of fast response and wide operating voltage range, and is suitable for narrow signal pulse detection, data and clock recovery applications in lidar, rangefinder and line receiver.

The push-pull (single-ended) outputs of the TLV3601 and TLV3603 simplify vehicle-to-board wiring of the I/O interface while reducing power consumption compared to other high-speed differential output comparators. They can interface directly with the most popular downstream digital controllers and IO expanders.

The TLV3601 is available in a small 5-pin SC70 package, which makes it ideal for space-constrained devices. Packaged in a 6-pin SC70 package, the TLV3603 maintains the same speed and size as the TLV3601, while offering the additional features of adjustable hysteresis control and output latching capability.
