The TLV902x and TLV903x are a family of dual and quad comparators. This family offers low input offset voltage, integrated power-on reset (POR) circuitry and fault tolerant inputs with a good speed-power combination and 100 ns propagation delay. The operating voltage range is 1.65 V to 5.5 V, and the quiescent supply current is 18 Vµ one per channel.

The device family also includes a power-on reset (POR) function that ensures the output is in a known state until the minimum supply voltage is reached and a short period of time elapses before the output begins to respond to the input. This prevents output transients during system power-up and power-down.

These comparators also feature no output phase reversal and fault tolerant inputs that can go up to 6V without damage. This makes this series of comparators ideal for accurate voltage monitoring in harsh, noisy environments.

The TLV902x comparators have an open-drain output stage that can be pulled below or above the supply voltage, making them suitable for low-voltage logic and level translators.

The TLV903x comparators have a push-pull output stage capable of sinking and generating milliamps of current when controlling LEDs or driving capacitive loads such as MOSFET gates.
