3 Description

The TLV6703 is a high voltage comparator that operates from 1.8V to 18V. The TLV6703 features a high-accuracy comparator with an internal 400mV reference and an open-drain output rated at 18V for accurate voltage sensing. The monitoring voltage can be set using an external resistor.

When the voltage on the SENSE pin falls below (VIT–), the OUT pin is driven low, and when the voltage returns above the corresponding threshold (VIT+), the OUT pin goes high. The comparators in the TLV6703 have built-in hysteresis that rejects transient glitches, ensuring stable output operation without false triggering.

The TLV6703 is packaged in an ultra-thin SOT-23-6 package and is rated for a junction temperature range of –40°C to +125°C.
