3 Description

The TLV6710 is a high voltage window comparator that operates from 1.8V to 36V. The device has two high-precision comparators with an internal reference voltage of 400mV and two open-drain outputs rated at 25V. The TLV6710 can be used as a window comparator or as two independent comparators. The monitoring voltage can be set using an external resistor.

OUTA is driven low when the voltage on INA+ falls below (VITP - VHYS) and goes high when the voltage returns above the corresponding threshold (VITP). OUTB is driven low when the voltage on INB- rises above VITP, and goes high when the voltage falls below the corresponding threshold (VITP - VHYS). Both comparators in the TLV6710 have built-in hysteresis to suppress short glitches and ensure stable output operation without false triggering.

The TLV6710 is available in a thin SOT-23-6 package and is rated for a junction temperature range of –40°C to 125°C.
