3 Description

The TLV6713 is a high voltage comparator that operates from 1.8V to 36V. The device features a high-accuracy comparator with an internal 400mV reference and an open-drain output rated at 25V for brownout detection. The monitoring voltage can be set using an external resistor.

OUT is driven low when the voltage on the SENSE pin falls below the negative-going threshold; OUT is driven high when the voltage on the SENSE pin rises above the positive-going threshold. The comparators in the TLV6713 have built-in hysteresis to suppress noise, ensuring stable output operation without false triggering.

The TLV6713 is available in an ultra-thin SOT-23-6 package and is rated for a junction temperature range of –40°C to +125°C.
