3 Instructions
The TLV340x is TI's first family of nano-power comparators with a supply current of only 470 mA per channel, making the device ideal for battery-powered and wireless handset applications.
The TLV340x operates from a minimum supply voltage of 2.7 V°C to +125°C over the extended industrial temperature range (TA=–40), while the input common mode range is –0.1 to
VCC+5V. The low supply current makes it ideal for battery powered portable applications where quiescent current is a major concern. Reverse battery protection prevents the amplifier from overcurrent conditions due to improper battery installation. For harsh environments, the input voltage can be 5 volts above the positive supply rail without damaging the device.
All members are available in PDIP and SOIC, single version in small SOT-23 package, dual version in VSSOP package and quad version in TSSOP package.
