3 Description

The LM393B and LM2903B devices are next-generation versions of the industry's popular LM393 and LM2903 comparator families. Next Generation B-Rev Comparators Offer Excellent Value For Cost-Sensitive Applications With Lower Offset Voltage, Higher Supply Voltage Capability, Lower Supply Current, Lower Input Bias Current, and Lower Propagation Delay , and improved 2kV ESD performance and input robustness with a dedicated ESD clamp. The LM393B and LM2903B are drop-in replacements for the LM293, LM393 and LM2903 ("A" and "V" versions).

All devices contain two independent voltage comparators that operate from a single supply over a wide voltage range. Quiescent current is independent of supply voltage, and the output can be connected to other open-collector outputs for wired-AND logic.
