3 Description

The TLV170x family of devices offer wide power supply range, rail-to-rail input, low quiescent current, and low propagation delay. All of these features meet industry standards and are packaged in very small packages, making these devices the best general-purpose comparators available on the market today.

The open collector output has the advantage of being able to pull the output to any voltage rail (up to +36V above the negative supply) independent of the TLV170x supply voltage.

These devices are available in single (TLV1701), dual (TLV1702) and quad (TLV1704) versions. Low input offset voltage, low input bias current, low supply current and open collector configuration make the TLV170x family flexible for most applications from simple voltage sensing to driving a single relay.

All devices are rated for operation over the extended industrial temperature range –40°C to +125°C.
