The TLV3601-Q1 and TLV3603-Q1 are 325 MHz high-speed comparators with rail-to-rail input and 2.5 ns propagation delay. The comparator features fast response and wide operating voltage range, making it suitable for narrow-signal pulse detection and data clock recovery applications in lidars, rangefinders, and line receivers.

Compared to other high-speed differential output comparators, the push-pull (single-ended) output of the TLV3601-Q1 and TLV3603-Q1 simplifies and saves board-to-board wiring costs for I/O interfaces while reducing power consumption. They can be directly connected to the most popular digital controllers and downstream IO expanders.

The TLV3601-Q1 is housed in a tiny 5-pin SC70 package, ideal for space-constrained devices. Packaged in a 6-pin SC70 package, the TLV3603-Q1 maintains the same speed and size as the TLV3601-Q1 while offering the added features of adjustable hysteresis control and output latching capability.
