Standby mode enables the lowest power consumption of the system. This mode turns off the voltage regulator when the CPU is in deep sleep mode. All internal 1.5V section power supply areas are disconnected. Both HSI and HSE oscillators are also turned off and can be woken up by a rising edge on the WKUP pin, an external reset on the NRST pin, an IWDG reset or a watchdog timer wake-up without reset. The contents of SRAM and registers will be lost.
