The OPA189, OPA2189 and OPA4189 (OPAx189) precision operational amplifiers are ultra-low noise, fast settling, zero-drift devices offering rail-to-rail output operation with a unique MUX-friendly architecture and controlled startup system. These features and excellent AC performance, combined with a single channel version of only 0.4µV bias voltage and 0.005µV/°C temperature drift, make the OPAx189 ideal for precision instrumentation, signal measurement, and active filtering applications. In addition, the MUX-friendly input structure prevents inrush currents when large input differential voltages are applied, improving the stable performance of multi-channel systems, while providing robust ESD protection during shipping, handling, and assembly.

All versions are specified from -40°C to +125°C.
