3 Description
The OPAx187 family of op amps uses auto-zero technology to provide low offset voltage (1μV) and near-zero drift synchronously over time and temperature. These tiny, high-precision, low quiescent current amplifiers provide high input impedance and rail-to-rail outputs that swing within 5mV of the supply rails into high-impedance loads. The input common-mode range includes the negative rail. Single or dual supplies can be used from 4.5V to 36V (±2.25V to ±18V).
Single-channel versions of the OPAx187 devices are available in tiny 8-pin Very Thin Small Outline (VSSOP), 5-pin SOT-23, and 8-pin Small Outline Integrated Circuit (SOIC) packages. The dual version is available in 8-pin VSSOP and 8-pin SOIC packages. The quad version is available in 14-pin SOIC, 14-pin TSSOP and 16-pin WQFN packages. All versions are rated for an operating temperature range of –40°C to +125°C.
