3 Description

The TLV8811 (single) and TLV8812 (dual) families of precision ultra-low-power op amps are ideal for cost-optimized, "always-on" sensing applications in battery-operated wireless and low-power wired devices. With a 6kHz bandwidth, 425nA quiescent current, and offset voltage trimmed to less than 500μV, the TLV881x amplifiers deliver high accuracy while minimizing power consumption for battery life-critical devices such as CO gas detectors and portable electronics . The complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) input stage of these devices is carefully designed to achieve ultra-low ampere currents, thereby reducing IBIAS and IOS errors that would otherwise be an excellent choice for high source impedance sensing applications. In addition, built-in electromagnetic interference (EMI) protection reduces the device's susceptibility to unwanted radio frequency (RF) signals from cell phones, WiFi, wireless transmitters, and tag readers.

The TLV8811 (single) and TLV8812 (dual) versions are available in industry standard 5-pin SOT-23 and 8-pin VSSOP packages, respectively.
