3 Description
The OPA2333P is a CMOS operational amplifier that uses a proprietary auto-calibration technique to provide very low offset voltage (10μV, max) with near-zero drift over time and temperature. This precision, low quiescent current miniature amplifier provides high impedance inputs (common-mode range 100mV beyond the rails) and rail-to-rail outputs (swing within 50mV of the rails). The device can operate from a single or dual supply as low as 1.8V (±0.9V) and as high as 5.5V (±2.75V) and is optimized for low-voltage, single-supply operation.
In addition, the OPA2333P has a rated maximum startup time. This rated start-up time ensures high-accuracy performance within 500µs after the amplifier is powered, resulting in reliable robustness under dynamic power operation.
The OPA2333P provides excellent CMRR without the crossover associated with traditional complementary input stages. This design enables excellent performance in driving analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) without degrading differential linearity.
The OPA2333P is available in a 2mm × 2mm 8-pin WSON package and is specified over the –40°C to 125°C temperature range.
