3 Description

The OPA317-Q1 family of CMOS operational amplifiers offers precision performance at a very competitive price. These devices are part of a zero-drift family of amplifiers using a proprietary auto-calibration technique, with very low offset voltage (90µV max) and virtually zero drift over time and temperature, and a quiescent current of only 35µA (max).

The OPA317-Q1 family of amplifiers features rail-to-rail input and output and nearly constant 1/f noise characteristics, making them ideal for many applications and easier to design into systems. These devices are optimized for operation at low voltages from 1.8V (±0.9V) to 5.5V (±2.75V).

The OPA317-Q1 (single channel version) is available in three packages of SOT23-5. The OPA2317-Q1 (dual version) is available in VSSOP-8 packages. The OPA4317-Q1 is available in TSSOP-14 packages. All device versions are specified over the -40°C to +125°C temperature range.
