3 Description
The LPV811 (single) and LPV812 (dual) series of ultra-low power precision operational amplifiers are for sensing applications in "always on" sensing in battery powered wireless devices and low power wired devices. With an 8kHz bandwidth, 425nA quiescent current, and offset voltage trimmed to less than 300μV, the LPV81x amplifiers have the required high precision characteristics while reducing power consumption to a minimum for battery life-critical devices such as gas detectors and portable electronics lowest.
In addition to ultra-low power features, the LPV81x amplifiers feature a CMOS input stage enabling femtoamp bias current for impedance source applications. The LPV81x amplifiers also feature a negative rail sense input stage and a rail-to-rail output stage that swings in millivolts relative to the supply rail to maintain the widest possible dynamic range. The LPV81x features Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) protection to reduce the impact of unwanted RF signals from cell phones, WiFi, radio transmitters and tag readers on the system.
