JW?5052C is a current mode monolithic step-down voltage converter. The input range of JW5052C is 4.5V-18V, it can provide 2A continuous output current and two integrated N-channel MOSFETs. At light loads, the regulator operates at low frequency to maintain high efficiency and low output ripple.
JW5052C guarantees stability through short circuit protection, thermal protection, current runaway protection and input under voltage lockout.
The JW5052C is available in a 6-pin SOT23-6 package, providing a compact solution with simple external components.
