JW?5250 is a current mode monolithic step-down switching regulator. The input range of JW5250 is 2.5V-6.0V, can provide 1A continuous output current, and integrates P-channel and N-channel MOSFET. Internal synchronous power switches provide high efficiency. At light loads, the regulator operates at low frequency to maintain high efficiency and low output ripple.
JW5250 guarantees stability with hiccup output short circuit protection, FB short circuit protection, startup current runaway protection, input under voltage lockout and hot swap and thermal protection.
Available in 5-pin SOT23 and 6-pin SOT563 packages, the JW5250 provides a compact solution with simple external components.
