TTP223E-BA6 TonTouchTM is a single-button touch detection chip. The stable touch detection effect can widely meet the needs of different applications. This touch detection chip is specially designed to replace traditional buttons. The size of the touch detection PAD can be designed according to different sensitivities. Within a reasonable range, low power consumption and wide operating voltage are the characteristics of this touch chip for DC or AC applications.

Q pin is a CMOS output, which can be selected by (AHLB pin) as a high-level output or a low-level output.
After power-on, the stabilization time is about 0.5 seconds. Do not touch the detection point during this period, and all functions are disabled at this time.
Auto calibration function
The reference value is refreshed approximately every 1 second within 8 seconds after power-on. If the button is touched within 8 seconds after power-on or the button is not touched after 8 seconds, the recalibration cycle will be switched to 4 seconds
