3D low frequency wake-up wireless receiver chip--Si3933
Si3933 is a three-channel low-power ASK receiver, which can be used to detect digital signals with low frequency carrier frequencies of 15kHz-150kHz and generate wake-up signals. The internal integrated checker is used to detect 16-bit or 32-bit Manchester encoded wake-up vector, and supports double-repeated vector check.
The Si3933 can operate with one, two or three channels, each with frequency detection and digital RSSI calculation. The sensitivity of the channel is adjustable, so as to achieve longer communication distance and adapt to work in noisy environments.
The Si3933 has an internal clock generator and can choose to use a crystal oscillator or an RC oscillator. Users can also choose to use an external clock.
The Si3933 supports programmable data rates and Manchester decoding with clock recovery. An auto-tuning feature ensures that the chip matches the desired carrier frequency, simplifying antenna tuning.
