The TLV62568A, TLV62569A devices are synchronous step-down DC/DC converters optimized for high efficiency and compact solution size. The device integrates switches with output currents up to 2A. Over the entire load range, the device will operate in pulse-width modulation (PWM) mode with a 1.5MHz switching frequency. In shutdown, current consumption is reduced to less than 2µA.
Internal soft-start circuitry limits inrush current during startup. In addition, other features such as output overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown protection and power good output are built in. The device is available in a SOT563 package.
