With the increasing demand of the ready-to-wear market in recent years, small garment manufacturers have developed very rapidly, and the demand for small ironing systems is increasing. Most of the original small ironing machines are manually controlled equipment, which requires high operating experience for operators. Due to the different operating levels of operators, product quality problems often occur and the damage rate is very high. In order to meet the needs of users, we have designed the ironing control system by ourselves.
1. Overall system requirements
The control machine adopts ATMEL89C51 to form a stand-alone control system. Each ironing process is roughly divided into the following steps: mold clamping, hot pressing (2 times), upper steam injection, air extraction, lower steam injection, mold opening, etc. Sometimes there may be different execution times of a work step in a process, the system should flexibly adjust the start time and length of each work step execution. The system should also have a temperature control system so that the ironing temperature can be controlled as required to avoid burning the fabric.
The ironing machine adopts AT89C51 as the main controller and DMF50174 as the display module, which can realize the storage and modification of 10 ironing programs, and can arbitrarily change the operating parameters according to the different processes and fabrics, and can display the ironing program in a graphic way. parameter settings. The system is also equipped with a temperature control system, which uses TLC549 serial A/D converter and linear temperature sensor to achieve temperature acquisition and control. The system can control the temperature valve according to the preset temperature range in the ironing program. During the ironing process, the system graphically displays the parameter settings of each solenoid valve on the LCD screen, and indicates the current system running process with a highlighted scan line.
2. Overall system design
2.1 Solenoid valve control part
Each working step of the ironing machine is controlled by different control valves. The system has: mold clamping valve, pressure valve, steam injection valve, steam extraction valve, temperature control valve and other valves. In order to facilitate expansion, the system has reserved Sufficient expansion space, the system uses P1 port as the control port, and also expands a 74LS377 for backup, which can control up to 16 solenoid valves to meet the system requirements.
Each control valve of this system is an AC solenoid valve. In order to avoid electromagnetic interference, the photoelectric isolation method is adopted.
2.2 Temperature Control Section
In order to control the temperature, a temperature acquisition part is designed, which uses the resistance temperature sensor PT100 and TI's A/D converter TLC549 with serial control to realize the temperature acquisition.
The TLC549 provides an on-chip system clock, which typically operates at 4MHz and requires no external components. The on-chip system clock makes the operation of the internal device independent of the serial input/output timing and allows the TLC549 to work as required by many software and hardware. The I/O CLOCK together with the internal system clock enables high-speed data transfer and conversion speeds of 40,000 conversions per second for the TLC549.
Other features of the TLC549 include general-purpose control logic, on-chip sample-and-hold circuits that can operate automatically or under microprocessor control, high-speed converters with differential high-impedance reference inputs, and easy ratiometric conversion. Scaling and circuits that are isolated from logic and power noise. The design of the entire switched capacitor successive approximation converter circuit allows conversions to be achieved in less than 17 μs with a maximum total error of ±0.5 least significant bits (LSB).
2.3 LCD display part
The system is equipped with a membrane keyboard for modifying the control program and setting the system. For the convenience of operation, the system adopts an independent liquid crystal display system, which can display the system temperature, the status of each control valve, and the operating status of the system in real time.
The system adopts the advanced dot-matrix liquid crystal display module DMF50174NB-FW from Japan's OPTREX company, and also uses the SED1330 liquid crystal display ADM2209EARU controller produced by Japan's SEIKO EPSON company.
DMF50174NB-FW liquid crystal display module has the characteristics of high sensitivity, high reliability, low power consumption, long life and high brightness. It is 320×240 dot matrix. The module has two display modes of characters and graphics, and the display font is 8×8 dot matrix, which fully meets the requirements of industrial production.
SED1330 is an advanced character and graphic liquid crystal display controller, which is the most powerful one in its kind. It has the following features:
?SED1330 is not only suitable for 8080 series MPU interface, but also suitable for M6800 series MPU interface, it sets two pins SEL1 and SEL2 in the interface part, as the interface function conversion setting of MPU.
?SED1330 is equipped with a powerful I/O buffer in the interface part of the MPU, which avoids the status inspection items of general controllers. The MPU can access the SED1330 at any time without asking about the "busy" flag.
?SED1330 has a rich set of instructions, and the instructions have more parameters, up to 10 parameters. The SED1330 instruction can not only realize the synthesis and display of the contents of the two display areas according to different logical relationships, but also the contents of the three display areas can be synthesized and displayed. Through composite display, it is possible to realize mixed display of character graphics, display of character text characteristics, flickering display, and half-tone display.
? The display data sent by SED1330 to the LCD module is transmitted in a 4-bit parallel manner, thus greatly improving the ability to control the dot matrix LCD device.
3. System software design
The system software adopts modular design and is divided into the following parts: LCD control module, parameter setting module, ten separate ironing program setting and parameter display modules, machine running status display module and temperature acquisition, control and display module.
To sum up, the ironing machine control system designed and implemented in this paper has high practical value. At the same time, the functions and usage of DMF50174 liquid crystal display, SED1330 liquid crystal display controller and serial A/D converter TLC549 are introduced. This system has been used in Shanghai Weijie Garment Equipment Factory. After a long period of actual testing, the system performance is good.
