Compared with the "self-centeredness" of the new US regulations, Huawei's statement is more gentlemanly and more structured. Is America really scared?

Given that Huawei has more and more basic research and core patents, and has a growing voice in international standards organizations, it is impossible for American companies to completely avoid Huawei as long as they operate in these organizations. Therefore, if American companies do not cooperate with Huawei, the development of 5G technology standards will damage the interests of American companies as they are gradually marginalized.
