The WT7130 is a high performance synchronous rectifier controller. It is used to control secondary side synchronous rectifier MOSFETs in flyback switching power supplies. The WT7130 incorporates several circuits to minimize external parts count and overall system cost.
By sensing the voltage across the on-resistance of the MOSFET, the controller can determine the on/off timing of the internal driver for lowest losses and high-speed sensing. Since the VD pin is rated at 200V, the controller is suitable for applications with high output current and wide output voltage range (eg PD2.0, from 5V to 20V).
