MS1022 is a high-precision time measurement (TDC) circuit that replaces ACAM GP22. It is an upgraded product of MS1002. It is fully compatible with MS1002 pins and is compatible with all functions of MS1002.
MS1022 integrates analog comparators, analog switches, Schmitt triggers and other devices, which greatly simplifies the peripheral circuit. At the same time, the first wave detection function is added inside, which greatly improves the anti-interference ability. The offset of the internal comparator is programmable to ±35 mV for improved sampling accuracy. The user can read the relative width of the first echo pulse to judge the prompt of the received signal strength. Through this prompt, it can be judged that the ultrasonic transducer is abnormal, the covering of the pipe wall is increased, and there are air bubbles in the water and other abnormal detection. Through the command StartTOFRestart, one ultrasonic time difference (forward and reverse flow) measurement and data reading can be completed, thereby greatly reducing software operation and power consumption.
