Overview
BP3167XH is a high precision flyback LED constant current driver chip. The chip works in the discontinuous mode of inductor current, which is suitable for the isolated flyback LED constant current power supply with a full range of input voltage of 85Vac~265Vac.
The BP3167XH chip integrates a 600V/650V power switch, adopts the patented demagnetization detection technology and high-voltage JFET power supply technology, and does not require VCC capacitors and start-up resistors, making its peripheral devices simpler and saving energy.
