JW?5116F is a current mode monolithic step-down switching regulator. The JW5116F operates over an input range of 4.7-40V and provides a continuous output current of 3A through an integrated high-side N-channel MOSFET. Under light loads, the JW5116F operates at low frequency to maintain high efficiency and low output voltage ripple. Current-mode control provides tight load transient response and cycle-by-cycle current limiting.
